Taxes & Duties
Your Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All back-orders, custom items, and "made to order" pieces are shipped DDU ("duties and taxes unpaid") directly from our jewelers outside the EU. Stella Club does not collect VAT, duties, or taxes and cannot predict your estimated charges.
Clearing Customs: To receive your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As Stella Club ships to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In these instances, fees are paid to your local carrier. Please note that Stella Club does not collect these fees and has no control over the charges imposed by local governments.
