RETURNS & EXCHANGES
This policy only applies to products purchased through our official website (https://stellaclub.eu).
We have a 30-day return/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, all accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/refund, please contact to team@stellaclub.eu. If your return/refund is accepted, we will send you the address to which you should send the package. Items sent back to us without first completing the return form will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you decide to return all the products included in your original order, Stella Club will refund the original cost paid (including the cost of transportation from our warehouses to you, but never the cost of the return shipping).
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 30 days of receipt) through this form if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days. Please remember it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
